1. Stop the licking

2. Homemade scrub
Just like the skin on your face, your lips too need some light, gentle scrubbing to remove dead skin cells. A simple two-ingredient lip scrub using items from your kitchen could provide you with amazing benefits. Brown sugar drizzled with honey or olive oil make for a great non-abrasive scuffing agent as it’s gentle on your delicate skin on your lips and leaves your pout soft and healthy.
3. Use a soft toothbrush
An easier alternative is to give your lips a quick round of exfoliation every few days using the softest toothbrush you can get your hands on.
4. Ice cubes
Massaging your puckers using ice cubes wrapped in muslin cloth can help improve blood flow, which in turn result in a fuller-looking lips. Gently massage your lips a few minutes every day and watch how they instantly feel revitalised and relaxed.
