1. Apply lip balm every night (as thick as you want!)
To avoid dry and chapped lips, apply a layer of lip balm on your lips before you head to your bed for supple lips the next morning.
2. Neck is very important too!
For many of us, we take very good care on our face by applying skin care on a daily basis but often tend to forget about our neck area. The next time you apply skincare on your face, massage it onto your neck also.
3. Use face mask
Depending on your lifestyle, your skin will get dry often if you work in an air-conditioned office for long hours. Apply face mask on a regular basis and get rid of dirt by using a face scrub once a week.
4. Don’t forget your joint areas
Don’t forget to slather on body lotion to areas like your knees and elbows to avoid rough patches and darker skin tone. Have a travel-sized bottle handy in your bag so you can apply regularly even throughout the day!
5. Get some ‘me’ time in the shower
Put the kids to bed early so you can have a little bit more time to enjoy your shower!
