Keeping Malaysian kuih traditions alive with the latest Limited Edition dUCk collection

When it comes to rolling out a new scarf collection, no one does it better than The Duck Group. With a charming storytelling style and pretty flatlays, the brand nails it once again with its latest limited edition dUCk scarf – #TheYummydUCk. The collection features three geometric scarves each inspired by a traditional kuih – Seri Muka, Kuih Lapis and Kuih Koci. The scarves creatively showcase a distinctive element of each kuih – the soft green of Seri Muka, pink pastels of the Kuih Lapis and the vibrant purple of the Kuih Koci.
But what really won us over with this particular collection is the heartwarming stories of three different kuih stall owners that is shared on @theduckgroup Instagram account. From the story of Uncle Lee, who’s been selling his kuih for 42 years; Makcik Rahmah, who faced challenges when selling her kuihs and Uncle Peter who only makes RM40 a day for his children to have a better life.
And the best part, we hear that the brand is planning something special on Malaysia Day, September 16 with full proceeds going back to these kuih stall owners. We can’t wait!
Last we checked you could still get the scarves at #theduckstores! Priced at RM300 each.
