Arm yourself with these ingredients so that the next time you’re stuck in the office and need to eat in, it’s going to be a little more fun.


1.Light soy sauce
The great thing about soy sauce is that it’s flavourful and slightly salty too.

It helps to add a little flavor to rice dishes and so much more!


2. Olive oil
Got some leftover pasta for lunch? Drizzle a little olive oil after you’ve heated it up to make it a little less dry.


3. Peanut butter
Wanted a light but filling snack? Eat some cut-up apples with peanut butter for a delicious and filling snack!


4. Yoghurt
Keep cups of yoghurt in your office fridge so that the next time you’re in a rush and can’t have breakfast at home, at least you’ve got some yoghurt in the office to keep you full.
