Chia Seed Oats with Dates

SERVES: 1

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Anlene Low Fat Yoghurt, plain

1/2 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup Anlene Concentrate UHT, original

1 tbsp Chia seeds

2 tbsps Dates, finely chopped

Dates, fresh fruits, granola or coconut flakes for garnishing if liked

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a jar except for garnishing and give it a good mix. Seal with a fitting lid.
  2. Keep in fridge until it becomes thick like pudding, preferably overnight.
  3. Top the overnight oats with dates or garnishing of your choice. Best served chilled.
