Lemon & Herbs Shrimp on Toast

PREP 10 Mins COOK 10 Mins SERVES 4 to 5

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet Pelagos Lemon & Herb Shrimp

2 tbsps olive oil

1 loaf of bread, sliced

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tbsp chilli flakes

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimps with Pelagos Lemon & Herb Seasoning.
  2. Heat pan with olive oil and cook seasoned shrimps until it changes colour or cooked.
  3. Place bread slices onto a skillet, top with cheese and shrimps.
  4. Once cheese is melted, sprinkle chilli flakes over the bread and serve immediately.
